How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos or videos showing the item is unused and undamaged.

Once your return is reviewed and approved, we will send a return shipping label by email along with the next steps.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.

Return Review Process

Once your return arrives back to us, we will inspect the item to make sure it matches the condition shown in your photos or videos and meets our return guidelines.

Approval of a return request does not guarantee a refund until the item has been received and inspected.

If an item is returned used, damaged, altered, or not in the same condition as originally shown, we may deny the refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved after inspection, your refund will be sent back to the same payment method used during checkout.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Original shipping charges are non refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.

What Is Not Eligible for a Refund

We may be unable to approve a return or refund if:

  • the return request is made more than 14 days after delivery
  • the item has been used, worn, washed, or damaged
  • the item is returned in a different condition than shown in the return request
  • the item is sent back without prior approval
  • the return is missing parts, accessories, or original packaging when applicable
  • the order was delivered to the address entered at checkout, but was later reported lost or stolen
  • the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete

We keep records of order confirmations, tracking information, delivery confirmation, return requests, and customer communication to help resolve any issues fairly.

Return Abuse

To protect our store and customers, we reserve the right to deny returns, refunds, or future orders in cases of misuse of our policy, including repeated excessive returns, false claims, or returning items in used or altered condition.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

If your order has already shipped, you may request a return once it has been delivered, as long as it meets the return requirements above.
